Girls Fundamentals is a 55 min class for girls 6 - 9 years old. This class works on the development of basic gymnastics skills on all 4 women’s gymnastics events: Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor. Some of the skills include forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, casts on bars, and different types of walks on beam. These classes are designed to also teach the importance of safety, coordination, agility, and strength. Each of our Girls Fundamentals classes has a 7:1 ratio and has a monthly tuition of $106.
Girls Accelerate 8+ is a 1 hour and 15 min class for girls 8 years old and older. This class works on the development of basic gymnastics skills like with Girls Fundamentals; however, the curriculum is designed to “fast track” the girls so they also begin learning the Girls Intermediate skills such as pullovers, bridges, and straight jumps on beam. Each of the Girls Accelerate 8+ classes has an 8:1 ratio and a monthly tuition of $121.90.
Girls Intermediate is a 1 hour and 15 min class and builds on the skills learned in Girls Fundamentals or Girls Accelerated 8+. Some of the skills developed in this class include handstand flatbacks, handstand forward rolls, round offs, bridges, jumps and levers on beam, pullovers and back hip circles on bars. Mastery of the Girls Fundamentals curriculum or a proper skill evaluation is a prerequisite for this class. Each of the Girls Intermediate classes has an 8:1 ratio and a monthly tuition of $121.90.
Girls Advanced 1 is a 1 hour and 35 minute class that builds upon the skills learned in Girls Fundamentals and Girls intermediate! Some of the skills developed in this class include round offs, back and front walkovers, handstands and side handstands on beam, double back hip circles on bars, and handstand flatbacks on vault. Mastery of Girls Intermediate curriculum or a proper skill evaluation is required to enroll in this class. Each of the Girls Advanced 1 classes has an 8:1 ratio and a monthly tuition of $127.20.

Girls Advanced 2 is a 1 hour 35 minute class that continues building on the skills learned in Girls Advanced 1. Some of the skills developed in this class include back and front handsprings on floor, cartwheels on beam, dismounts off bars such as underwings and sole circles, and handstand flatbacks on vault. Mastery of Girls Advanced 1 curriculum or a proper skill evaluation is required to enroll in this class. Each of the Girls Advanced 2 classes has an 8:1 ratio and a monthly tuition of $127.20.
