Yes, we offer womens' artistic excel through level 10 and TNT levels 1-10 competitive gymnastics programs. If your child is interested in pursuing at a competitive level, we offer classes of all levels that will help your child achieve their competitive dreams.
We maintain a low student-to-coach ratio to ensure each child receives personalized attention and support. This helps us focus on the safety, progress, and development of every gymnast.
Due to limited availability in our classes, we are unable to offer make up classes at this time!
Your child should wear comfortable, athletic clothing (leotards for girls, fitted athletic wear for boys), and bring a water bottle. We recommend no jewelry and bare feet for better grip during classes.
Not at all! Bouncing Bears is perfect for beginners who are ready to explore and have fun.
Comfortable, fitted athletic clothing (no exposed midriffs) like leggings or shorts and a T-shirt. Hair should be tied back, and no jewelry for safety.

Safety is our top priority. All coaches go through Safe Sport courses through USAG and continuous safety trainings to use proper techniques, age-appropriate equipment, and a structured curriculum to keep your child safe while they learn.

Early Morning Drop-off: Begins at 8:00 AM for $130 per month or $17 per day. ​

Lunch Bunch: Runs daily from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM with options for 2, 3, or 5 days a week. ​

Students must bring a cold-packed lunch and a water bottle. The facility is nut-free. In case of last minute emergencies, lunch can be provided for an additional $10 per day. ​

Absolutely! Many of our students explore multiple disciplines. Your child can start a class and switch to another as their interests change. Gymnastics, Cheer, and Tumbling all use similar skills allowing them to not lose their progress if they decide to switch. Our staff can help you decide what’s best for your goals.

No, we welcome non-members and members a like. Additionally, Sandhills Camp activities are friendly for any child, not just those who partake in gymnastics/tumbling.
At Sandhills we take pride in our security standards, for many years we have worked with a system to ensure no child leaves by themselves or with the wrong person.
For almost all of our programs, yes! Our Gymnastics, Tumbling , and Cheer classes run on an ongoing basis, and you pay for classes monthly. If your child starts mid-month, the tuition will be prorated according to how many classes remain in the month.

Yes. For gymnasts looking for extra personalized attention or focused skill development, we offer private lessons and one-on-one coaching sessions. Our preschool gymnastics classes are designed for children ages 18 months to 5 years. We group classes by age and developmental level to ensure a safe and fun experience for every child.

To help build independence and confidence, our classes are child-only—parents do not participate. However, we welcome parents to stay close and watch from our designated viewing area so you can cheer your little one on and see their progress in action!

Once your child turns five, they may be ready to move into our beginner recreational gymnastics classes, which are designed for school-aged kids. Our coaches will assess readiness based on age, skill level, and confidence. We’ll work with you to find the perfect next step so your child continues to grow and have fun!
