How do you ensure my child’s safety?

Safety is our top priority. All coaches go through Safe Sport courses through USAG and continuous safety trainings to use proper techniques, age-appropriate equipment, and a structured curriculum to keep your child safe while they learn.

What if my child is shy?

Our coaches specialize in creating a welcoming environment where shy children can build confidence. We gently encourage participation and make sure every child feels included.

Can parents/visitors watch classes?

Yes! We have a balcony viewing area designed to give you the perfect angle to watch your child’s class, ensuring they feel like a star while you cheer them on!

What should my child wear?

Comfortable, fitted athletic clothing (no exposed midriffs) like leggings or shorts and a T-shirt. Hair should be tied back, and no jewelry for safety.

What is the student-to-coach ratio in classes?

We maintain a low student-to-coach ratio to ensure each child receives personalized attention and support. This helps us focus on the safety, progress, and development of every gymnast.
